Cayote Bill and the Light Beyond the Sun

 : This is a book about two baby coyotes found by an Indian Chief named Chief Cayote of the Lotus tribe. The Chief raised them to adult age and explained to them he was visited by a Cloud that was called the Light Beyond the sun, and he told them the light gave him powers and the ability to communicate with all the animals and humans as well, he also told them that since he had raised them as his own that from now on the Light Beyond the Sun would shine on them and give them the same powers as he had and they too would be able to talk to the other animals and humans as well. He named them Cayote Bill and Cayote Lil and told them that Cayote Bill would be the Alpha Cayote and all the males from his family on down would be the Alpha Cayotes, because they would be much bigger and wiser than the other coyotes. On day CayoteBill saw Chief's feet hanging off the ground and he ask what was wrong and Chief Cayote told him it was time for him to my home in the sky, and the Light told Cayote Bill “You have great powers now go and use them wisely and I will visit you from time to time and protect you and your family.”
