At 20 years old, author Logan Towne was pretty sure there was more to life than he was experiencing in a small town in Minnesota. He researched and found what he believed was the perfect humanitarian mission. It changed him in all the obvious ways and even more in subtle ways he can hardly explain. It drives him to try to help not only the children he met on his trip but others that he became aware of. He wanted to help those people he met but he also became aware of a deep chasm that exists between young people and humanitarian efforts. This book sets out to help to bridge that gap and tell other young people that they not only can get great fulfillment from volunteering and mission work but that they must do it..they all have a mission of their own to accomplish.
