Book 5 of 5 in the Bubby Anthology.

Once upon a time, when Shadow Master was Shadow Student, he created an evil life form. This creature was unlike any other. Soon it became so powerful that even Shadow Master himself feared him, and was forced to banish him. Finally, ten years after the fall of Shadow Master, Draben is released. Bubby must now face the evil supreme (hold the onions). Will Bubby be able to knock off a foe greater than all others, or will he be caught napping on the job?

Review
Having defeated the grand master of evil in episode four, Bubby is confronted by an even greater threat in Bubby V. You may wonder if this is all a ploy of the author to extract more money from an unsuspecting public. If this is a concern of yours, B. P. Draper has his characters address it, as Bubby explains the tale will likely "be poorly written by some pathetic kid... and people will catch on that he or she is just writing the story for more money and won't buy it.... Poor guy." Although the author may allege that he only wrote this episode for the money, it is nevertheless my favorite of all five episodes. It is a fitting end for an auspicious series of short stories. --Braden Erp
