There is not a one size fits all approach to eliminating acne. What worked for one person may not work for you. Here is why: Acne happens when a person that is genetically predisposed to acne, develops chemical imbalances in the body. There are quite a few things that cause chemical imbalances: -Oxidative stress (toxins from food, water, environment, etc…) -Dehydration (not getting enough high quality water) -Hormonal imbalance (not producing the proper balance of hormones and not being able to clear out excess and unused hormones) -Nutritional deficiencies (not getting the proper amounts of vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, enzymes, etc) -Food allergies or food sensitivities (consuming foods or beverages that cause allergy or sensitivity) -Harmful eating practices (the specific ways you eat food may be damaging your body) -The glycemic impact of your diet (the rate at which your blood sugar and insulin levels spike due to the food that you eat) None of these factors alone cause acne- it is how they fit together, like pieces of a puzzle. These factors cause damage to critical internal systems like the cardiovascular system, the endocrine system and the digestive system to name a few. Though there are many factors that cause acne, they can all be placed into one of three main categories: malnutrition, dehydration and toxicity. Acne is merely a symptom of poor internal organ health caused by malnutrition, dehydration and toxification. The solution to eliminating acne is to balance your biochemistry through proper hydration, nutrition, supplementation and detoxification. Getting rid of acne is as easy as 1 2 3, all you have to do is: 1. Use nutritional supplements to get the key nutrients your body is lacking 2. Get proper nutrition and hydration 3. Detoxify your body The secret lies in testing yourself to determine the health of critical internal systems. If something can be measured, it can be improved. If your car wasn’t running well, and you didn’t know how to work on cars, you would take it in to a mechanic. He would plug it in to a computer to diagnose the problem and get an exact read out of what’s wrong. I’m going to show you how to diagnose and get an exact read out of what is going on inside of your body- this is going to give you a blueprint you can use to pinpoint acne triggers and fix your acne problem once and for all. Briu is a lot more than just a book or a how-to guide; it’s a manifesto for the self-aware life. If you want to get rid of your acne once and for all, it’s up to you- not your dermatologist, not your parents, not even your favorite celebrity promoting the latest acne solution on TV.
