The local street gang, The Posse, is pushed hard by their O.G. (Old Gangsters) leaders, Miguel and Eduardo, nicknamed MIEDO. Their reach is felt on the streets and even at the local high school to ID those connected with the death of their homeboy. They squeeze the graffiti crew, OSS. Kimo and best friend Roberto are the glue that holds the graff writers together in this pressure cooker.

The gang is having their way, intimidating anyone in their path. Kimo becomes their main target, but he manages to stay a half-step ahead of his pursuers. He enlists his resources -- Chago, his P.D. mentor, a smart young millennial Sirena, and good pal, Joey. Kimo is unafraid when he is on HIS turf -- high ground ("heavens"). The showdown is inevitable.
