I do not want to convey the impression that Veterans Affairs medical care is hopelessly flawed. However, I am of the opinion that it need to work on its priorities. It is all show and no go, with the emphasis placed on what VIP's see when they tour the hospital or nursing home. Directors who hire unlicensed physicians should be summarily fired and barred from federal employment.
