Twelve years after a once in a hundred year super storm, Hurricane Tammy suddenly changed direction and headed towards New York, on election day.Whilst a combination of freak conditions exaggerated the impact of the storm, its impact would change the direction of American society as its citizens finally got the message from Mother Nature.
