“Memories” may be looked at as a book of short stories. In reality it is an assortment of memories shared throughout the years by my father, my father-in-law and his brother and of course by myself. The first three chapters are about their lives growing up in the 20’s, 30’s, & 40’s on up...

Grandpa is home with a bad cold and flu when his Grandkids come for a visit. They ask him if he had ever been sick as a kid. His reply results in a story of 3 childhood problems he faced all within a 6 month period.

This story is the true to life account of hunting and taking the only turkey I've ever gotten. It was quite a challenge to try and take a Tom Turkey that was already alerted and in a spooked state. He would not come to me so I had to go to him.

A man from 2154, one of the few survivors left in the world finds a portal which allows movement in time. He choses to go back in time to before the start of the destruction. Believing it is all linked to the assassination of the President, he goes back to stop it. The President, the first female elected to that position and his Grandmother. Can he save her?

All of these were unusual in their own ways and blessed him with memories he would never forget. These stories involve a curious squirrel, a nice sized buck and a huge flock of turkey.
