In the present time dreams didn't seem real because I only visulized what I dreamt of. In reality meant I could make it happen. Words of poetry I thought belonged to others until I discovered my ability to express myself through writing poetry. My poems are of experiences of love, lessons in life, care, and concern for myself and others who are in my life.

Writing became way of coping for me and mental health. I was able to piece together information from keeping journal entries with the help of friends who helped changed to bring healing in my life. These friends extend themselves with love and support whenever they can and even at difficult times as well as pleasant times as I have discovered with each one.
