I do know how hard it is once the decision to lose weight has been made. There is so much information available out there it is often overwhelming and can be quite discouraging when you are not 100% certain on what you are doing.

There are a range of products for sale promising the ‘quick fix fat burning super dooper pill / drink’ that will trim your body down to “look” like the celebrity that apparently uses it.

Here’s a little tip, there are no quick fixes in healthy weight loss.

If we all put on weight as fast as we assume we do, then we would all be in a world of trouble!! The truth is, weight gain is - usually - a gradual process. So it stands to reason that healthy weight loss is also going to have to be also treated as such.
