Bodies in Revolt

Vicar Alex Jennings is drawn across the country to the village of Trenton by a reoccurring vision: a boy...flames...burning. He takes on a new parish and investigates what he believes to be a murder. Could it be linked to the other killings in the city? Skeletons ripped from men and women. His visions, torturing in their vagueness and teasing in their beckoning of answers, drives him to the discovery of the bloodied sack of skin of a once-upon-a-time man. One discovery leads to another, his involvement attracting the attention of the police, their questions leading to threats and accusations. His reputation is compromised, his sanity questioned and his values and beliefs tested to their limits. He delves - exploring the cracks in the facade of our world, unearthing secrets, and finding blasphemous beasts beneath this human-driven society.
