Beyond the Thunder by Kay Berger
This is a story of one of my patients. I have a P.H.D. in Psychology, and this young woman came to me when she knew she needed some help to sort things out in her life. She was thirty-three years old, a married woman and a mother of four. She had made it that far in her life, without any drastic events, without any horrible mistakes that might have gotten her into any kind of trouble, and without going down a road of self- destruction, like many do that come from families of sexual/physical/emotional abuse. I will call her Tammy throughout this story to protect her name, but will share with you the amazing wonders of God in this young woman's life. This is her story…..
