“It is better to understand a little than to misunderstand a lot”
ANATOLE FRANCE
This book provides a user friendly introduction to atheism. Does god exist? The problem of evil, misconceptions, contradictions and how these and more influence todays societies. Not dwelling on any point for too long, the author manages to hold your interest and engage your intellect. Many points are raised in the book, this is done in such a way as to let the reader explore and discover the answers for themselves.
“All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered, the point is to discover them”

I bought this book just before a long flight, I had read it from start to finish before I had landed. I have been an atheist for a while now and was aware of most of it's content, I still found out plenty that I didn't already know though. This is the sort of book that I would give to religious friends if they were curious about my atheism. Not too much of anything, just a good general idea of many ideas, history and concepts.

I liked this book because of how easy it was to read. I have started to read lots of books on atheism that seem to think that because you are an atheist you must be a university graduate. This book keeps it simple and easy. Very good.

This book does not have all the answers but it certainly makes you think It is an easy read which once I started I could not put down till I had finished and I would recommend it to anyone looking at atheism. Well done Matthew Stone.
