American Justice vs the Invisible Geek Part Four

Marvin is worried.  He may have gone to far.  Now not only is American Justice hunting him but everyone with a badge.   He needs to rethink his plan and end goals.  Dark Kitty and her goons must be dealt with.  Adding to his problems is his growing love for the super heroine She-Wolf.  Luckily Marvin is a genius and has come up with plan that will get him what he wants and solve all his problems.
