In a high volcano, flooded with water, two islands coexist: the Sunless and the island of Forgetia. The first is an inhospitable rock, inside which lives a race of tall, white-skinned men called necromancers; the other is a prosperous place to live, full of vegetation and animals, inhabited by beings of smaller stature and tanned skin called forgetians.
Both islands are isolated from the rest of the world by a spell of water that forms a huge waterfall and in whose end nothing awaits them but death.
Once a long wooden bridge communicated both islands, but a forgetian king named Romm decided to demolish it as soon as he had the opportunity, relegating the necromancers to a life without hope on an island where nothing grows.
After numerous battles and many losses, both islands reached a peace agreement. King Romm and the caudillo Zarrut signed a treaty, which consisted in that the most prosperous island had to supply three times a year to the most disadvantaged with succulent offerings to guarantee the existence in that fruitless island.
Ten years of peace have elapsed until today ...
