The following is a true account of a witch interview and the story that followed. You may call me Braun. I was one of those mentioned in "True Witch Stories". I have a tale to tell that is both shocking and amazing. It is very true and you may even verify yourself if you have the inclination. About 30 years ago, when I was a younger man, a friend of mine was very thrilled to tell me about a magician/mind reader that he had just seen. This man, for the mere price of buying lunch at his small cafe, would give a show that lasted for hours. During this show, my friend drew a picture of a race car, and then the mind reader, pulling out an envelope sealed hours earlier, displayed exactly the same type of picture. I was a little surprised at his abilities, because most witches I know are not capable of doing that. I asked what the man looked like and my friend told me that he was a slender man about 40-45 years old. I always thought I should stop by and pay a visit to this fellow witch who so brazenly displayed his powers, but I never got the time to do so and eventually moved out of the area.

Recently, because of work, I have returned to the same area. A few weeks ago a coworker of mine was very thrilled to tell me about a magician/mind reader that she had just seen. This man, for the mere price of buying lunch at his small cafe, would give a show that lasted for hours. She drew a picture, there, at the show and he produced one from an envelope that had been sealed hours early, and it was the same. I smiled and said I knew of the man and that we was about 75 years old, but my coworker said that he was only about 40-45 years old. Now I had to meet him. To have lunch at his restaurant, people must often wait 6 months for a seat to open. When my coworker called to make a reservation, the lady on the line said they were expecting us and that we should come the next day .

We went to the show and at the end, I had to be carried out. This man, the simple cafe owner, was no magician, and he was NO WITCH!
