Owen Bruhn BSc Hons, G Dip Occup Hygiene, G Dip Erg, (Teaching) Member of Meditation Australia (aka Australian Meditation Teachers Association). Bruhn attended Ainslie Meares' meditation classes for several months in 1984. His interest in Meares' method was reinvigorated several years ago after a painful injury. He undertook further study and practical application of Meares' method under the supervision of Pauline McKinnon. She learnt from Ainslie Meares for a decade and also wrote the foreword to Ainslie Meares on Meditation.
