During the completion phase of my work 'The Colours of Good Health and Inner Peace' it became apparent that there would be a great deal more benefit to be had in being able to apply the wisdom of that book at the right time.

This companion book is a practical guide to background themes present in all our lives and what we can do about them.

When one is sailing towards a difficult landfall in stormy seas, small course changes at an early stage will easily save the day. Leaving things to a later stage means a larger and potentially more difficult course change is required, and then there are always unforeseen consequences to consider.

This guide brings together many differing natural philosophies under a wisdom that has withstood the test of time.

It guides individuals wishing to help themselves to make both small and large adjustments at the right time.
