Prologue

Alex having spent a sex fuelled a week with the Bosses ex-wife Christine in a Devon, recovering from an injury he received in a gun fight. Discovers villainy between the locals and a Frenchman all linked to his ghost, he lays the ghost to rest and recovers not only two new cars but an ocean going motor yacht and the respect of not only he locals but of his Boss Mr Frost.

The Boss Mr Freddy Frost faxes a command that he wants his ex to hold his hand while recovering from an operation that all being well would save his life. But complications set in. She askes a friend to fly her to New York at three in the morning to go to the hospital as requested, Alex is told to go back to Manchester and look after the firm until Christine and Mr Frost returns. Having secured two brand new cars he ships them to Beatus Domum, for Big Mike and Demko as a respect thing, as both Big Mike and Demko were instrumental in pulling Alex out of the gun fight and covering Alex’s tracks.

His love for Christine is questionable, has his heart been stolen by Hettie the Bosses PA come housekeeper, who takes him in hand and teaches him to be a crack shot, as well as a good lover. Alex’s protection for the girls under his control, brings the firm kicking and shouting into the twentieth century, with a new house now on line with sixteen new extremely pretty girls making his total of sixty high class escorts hitting the world-wide circuit and new business from the clubs and with his natural ‘Midas touch’ the firm’s profits are doubling, he recruits from within and divides the firm into multiple units all capable of expanding. But an expected death and a plane crash, throw well laid plans into chaos, he loses his top players, inherits a daughter has to relocate his home from Manchester to Devon then to top it all his ghost from the past has been resurrected and has come to haunt him bringing the American homeland security to his door.

With two demises his personal finances hit the four-billion-pound mark, with the interest rate topping fifteen percent, he can afford a lavish life style, but his love for the fairer sex as they throw themselves at his feet is getting out of hand his handsome looks and packing a large pecker and a 1911 he become a girl magnet. He is forced into a marriage with Christine to save the firm is housekeeper lover Hettie is dispatched to Norfolk, and he is forced to find new PA who turns out to be a little too pliable but also brings her daughter with her.

With a house full of females both in Manchester and Devon who throw their love at him or is the something else. Has his Midas touch become a death sentence to his lovers.
