About the Author
Tim grew up in Baldwinsville, NY. He was a three-sport athlete in high school, (soccer, track, and gymnastics) and a member of the Ivy League Championship Gymnastics Team of Cornell University in 1976 and ‘77. Tim came to a relationship with Christ in 1975 due to the testimony and influence of his mother, Kathleen. He left his banking career to live and minister at Syracuse Teen Challenge and Syracuse Rescue Mission from 1979 through 1985. Tim and his wife Debbie were appointed AGWM missionaries in 1986 and have served in Ecuador since that time. Their ministry includes: Founding and Directing Ecuador Teen Challenge, planting churches in Quito and the jungle, directing four Christian Schools in the jungle with more than 400 students, and teaching in the Quito and Riobamba Seminaries.
