Through many improvements and savings I succeeded in saving up to 1,1 million euro. That`s why I have written down my ideas in this manuscript. This book contains descriptions of how I succeeded in reducing costs in machining. Concrete solution proposals are described. However it is not always easy to implement good ideas. As a matter of fact it would be impossible if it were not for skilled knowledge, years of experience and the support from senior management.
