Clutters are needless burdens. They are things that you don't need and are taking too much space not only in your home but in your mind as well. Having a cluttered mind drains up energy, slows down progress and if left unabated, will rot the mind and spirit. We live in a world of stresses, pressures, worries, noise, and chaos. Compared to the clutter in our house that we can always pick up easily, the decluttering of the mind is a daunting task. The mind is a complex organ. It is often covered with tissues of hurts and past traumas that lie deep in the layers of our consciousness that even the greatest psychoanalysts cannot reach. So how does one conquer clutter? With these simple steps, decluttering of the mind can be achieved.

There's a lot of potential clutter in everyone's thinking, but it's difficult to discover it when we are so used to thinking our certain ways.

Our relationships, capacities, and confidence all play their part in reinforcing established thinking patterns or paving new ones. Generally, all of this happens under the radar, at a subconscious level of the mind.

Understanding our pasts, and how they inform our present and future, is a key to challenging and debunking incorrect thinking that presents as mental clutter. Dealing with our incidences of rejection at the hand of others, for example, may help in revealing the false thinking patterns we've established. One by one these can be repealed, but first, we must become aware of them.
